Wotever World in partnership with Camden LGBT Forum presents

modern music hall

with Luke Meredith, Michael Twaits, Hilda Eusebio, Sjaak van der Bent, Sunny (aka SnakeBoy) and Switch

A perfect evening for the Edwardian gentleman or lady, get dressed up and prepare to be astounded!

Music Hall has a long and honourable tradition including cross dressing and variety performance.

To celebrate the end of LGBT History Month in Camden, Wotever World invites you to a Modern Music Hall extravaganza.

Featuring a host of performers and artistes from London's LGBT and queer cabaret circuit, this evening promises to be a night to remember - with:

Luke Meredith

Master of Ceremonies

Luke veers between original comedy songs and cockney sing-alongs.

Fresh from New York's Don't Tell Mama, Luke performs regularly - posh at The Pigalle, sparkly at The Soho Revue Bar, dirty at Duckie or warped at Wotever.

Michael Twaits

Time Out New Talent 2008

Michael is a performance artist, writer and actor, who is currently performing his one-man show, Icons, which explores the cult of celebrity through comedy, song, live discussion and a crate load of alcohol.

Hilda Eusebio

'Jack the Drag King in Evolution'

In the old style musical tradition of gender obfuscation and cross dressing, Hilda provides risque stand-up and sing-a-long about his life… a journey that began at Pas de Piaf cabaret in Clerkenwell, to the Rococco club and Best of Bar Wotever.

Hilda is founder of the highly acclaimed Focus Theatre Company and the award-winning Mapping4D in London.

Sjaak van der Bent

Opera singer extraordinaire, self-confessed failed heterosexual, Sjaak is singer with Magenta House, Oily Cart and others.

Sjaak's songs explore the diversity, irony, emotion and the male-female duality of our lives.

Sunny - aka SnakeBoy

The UK's leading male belly dancer, Sunny comes from a family of belly dancers and is a regular performer at Wotever World.

He performs moves which will amaze and enchant you.

Switch

What happens when a queer dancer and a bent circus performer join forces on stage? You get Switch!

A sex-radical, acrobatic and new-circus duo pay homage to their roots, mashing it up to create something new.

The two have recently returned from Australia where they performed their gender bending antics, Divo and Sofia unleash themselves on London in a mission to put a bomb up the same/same dykeotomy!
